[fixed] Redirect Free Quote Reply to topic

It says to include http:// or https:// when I do "http://www.hopetoseeyousoon.com/Contact.html"

I get this
Access to the URL that you requested, /rfe/index.php?name=http://www.hopetoseeyousoon.com/Contact.html, is forbidden.


Also can't switch back from "yes" to "no" on Free Quote option when editing an item, it will not update.

I rather stupidly placed the redirect within a getlink - fixed.

The update problem is because I neglected to include that field in the dn update - now fixed.
