facility for free shipping on a product basis
(if all ordered products have free shipping, it bypasses shipping method)
removed OpenTable() where templates exist (thanks Kendle)
fix for orders with 0 tax (thanks jburgess)
fix for missing transactionid column in cart_orders table
option to add to cart and continue shopping rather than show the cart
direct deposit fields for route number and branch number changed from BIGINT to VARCHAR
change datetime field default values to 1000-01-01 00:00:00 (MySQL strict)
various other changes to meet MySQL strict
miscellaneous other fixes
