I have alot of modules placed on the website and the public myacount scrolls a long way down..

there is alot of features which could be double blocked up side by side

i.e. Last 10 Comments: ==== Last 10 Downloads:

or do you have any other recommendations to what or how that can be done

Not a level of complexity that I wish to enter.

"double blocking" is probably your best option, and one that is best decided by the individual.
