I sent a test Newsletter 2 days ago but in the admin it still shows 19 in queue under the AI section

What is the rate limit set by your host?
What rate did you send them at?
(your coppermine pic is inaccessible)

Since i upgraded to the new df, my newsletters or newsletterpro does not send anymore.
I would appreciate help here cos i cant communicate with my members.

Sorry, not interested - you don't provide info, don't follow instructions and have a hidden site.
In any event, you reported total mail failure on your site which is totally unrelated to Newsletters.
I have nothing to do with NewsletterPro and do not support it.
