Description:	Hi how can we import the old newsletters to the new I have copied over all the html files from old into the new archives folder but nothing shows best wishes Tim

That won't help you with your problem, but you already have the means at your disposal

Simply use phpmyadmin:
Operations tab
Copy table to
Data only
from cms_newsletter_history to cms_newsletters_history

Alternatively,
delete the newly created cms_newsletters_history table
Operations tab
Copy table to
Structure and data
from cms_newsletter_history to cms_newsletters_history
