Well, I got fed up with the small delay when the initial Blogs page is generated, especially since Blogs database queries are simple and efficient.

Then I realized it was the Your Account members block that was causing the hesitation. I'm not sure why that block was included - if I want my account details, I can get that elsewhere, so now it's gone. Well, not quite gone, but at least you will now have the option to suppress that block.

Now Blogs is lightning fast, as it should be Cool - maybe there should be more
